On 3/23/24 at 12:32 a.m., Crystal Carol Beam, 41, of Parish was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree; Resisting Arrest and Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance, 7th degree following a traffic stop in the Town of Parish. Ms. Beam is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/7/24.
On 3/23/24 at 9:54 a.m., Matthew T. Cooper, 32, of New Haven was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Cooper was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/23/24 at 11:45 a.m., Erin M. Becksted, 41, of Scriba was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Ms. Becksted was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/23/24 at 12:42 p.m., Joshua H. Lamphere, 40, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Mr. Lamphere was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/24/24 at 11:59 a.m., Jimmy M. Diaz, 47, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Mr. Diaz was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/26/24 at 6:23 p.m., David R. Burdick, 50, of Red Creek was arrested based on two Bench Warrants, one out of the Town of Hannibal and one out of the City of Oswego. Mr. Burdick was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/27/24 at 5:03 a.m., Karley Renea Hilton, 27, of Albion was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Albion. Ms. Hilton was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/27/24 at 6:55 p.m., Francis S. Klocek, 48, of Liverpool was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Klocek was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/27/24 at 9:43 p.m., Michael B. Mahalick, 34, of Fulton was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband, 1st degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Oswego County Correctional Facility. Mr. Mahalick will be arraigned in CAP Court at a later date.
On 3/27/24 at 10:16 p.m., Dale J. Oatman, Jr., 37, of Sandy Creek was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Albion. Mr. Oatman was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Oatman was arrested for Fleeing an Officer in Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree along with multiple V&T violations stemming from the investigation into an incident that occurred in January 2024 of which reportedly began in the Town of Constantia. Mr. Oatman is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/11/24.
On 3/28/24 at 2:36 p.m., Brenton A. Spears, 35, of Syracuse was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Syracuse. Mr. Spears was turned over to the Syracuse Police Dept. for further processing.
On 3/29/24 at 8:27 a.m., Matthew W. Mahalick, 38, of Oswego was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband, 1st degree, a class D felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7thdegree following an incident in the Oswego County Correctional Facility. Mr. Mahalick is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court.
