On 4/24/26 at 8:36 p.m., Shawn M. Totman, 25, of Hannibal was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Totman was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/25/26 at 6:32 a.m., Tanner Berton Abare, 24, of Volney was arrested based on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court for a Violation of Probation.
At the same time, Mr. Abare was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Sex Offender Failure to Report Change, 1st degree, a class E felony based off the Sex Offender Registry of Corrections Law for incidents that reportedly occurred in the Town of Volney. Mr. Abare was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/25/26 at 4:07 p.m., Anthony M. Auringer, 31, of West Monroe was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Auringer was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/25/26 at 8:46 p.m., Nicholas F. Graham, 37, of Orwell was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland. Mr. Graham was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/26/26 at 7:37 a.m., Raymond P. Burdick Jr., 42, of Williamstown was arrested for Menacing, 3rddegree; Forcible Touching and Unlawful Imprisonment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Williamstown. Mr. Burdick was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/26/26 at 8:57 p.m., Jack D. Hayden, 49, of Lysander, NY, was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Hastings. Mr. Hayden was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/26/26 at 10:11 p.m., Damion R. Blair, 19, of Pulaski was arrested for Resisting Arrest and Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Village of Pulaski. Mr. Blair was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/27/26 at 1:56 a.m., Clifton L. Vickers, 36, of Rochester, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 1st degree and Aggravated Family Offense, both class E felonies following an incident in the Village of Central Square. Mr. Vickers was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/27/26 at 12:06 p.m., David W. Dillabough Jr., 43, of Sandy Creek was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Albion. Mr. Dillabough was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/27/26 at 3:39 p.m., Ricardo Riostirado, 60, of Richland was arrested for Menacing, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Riostirado is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/11/26.
On 4/28/26 at 11:14 a.m., Robert S. Virgo, 35, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Mr. Virgo was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/28/26 at 1:13 p.m., Jonathon D. Pastorell, 37, of North Syracuse was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Constantia. Mr. Pastorell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/29/26 at 9:30 a.m. Dustin James Baker, 26, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Baker is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/13/26.
On 4/29/26 at 6:46 p.m., Orazio D. Crisalli Sr., 66, of Cicero, NY was arrested for Strangulation, 2nddegree, a class D felony and 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Crisalli was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/30/26 at 2:23 p.m., Joseph Daniel Bouck, 24, of Scriba; Timothy E. Brushaber, 46, of Richland and Selena Ann Squadrito, 24, of Pulaski were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree (2 counts for Bouck) following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Brushaber, Mr. Bouck and Ms. Squadrito are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/14/26.
