On 5/11/24 at 8:39 p.m., Terrance D. Doctor, 35, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Doctor was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/12/24 at 6:45 p.m., Morris E. Shear, 67, of Volney was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Shear is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/26/24.
On 5/13/24 at 4:48 p.m., Amie Lynn Loughrey, 51, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Ms. Loughrey was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/14/24 at 2:01 p.m., Carolann W. Kabureck, 37, of Constantia was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Village of Sylvan Beach. Ms. Kabureck was turned over to the NYSP for further processing.
On 5/14/24 at 6:07 p.m., Danielle M. Powell, 35, of Mexico was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Ms. Powell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/14/24 at 10:01 p.m., Sabrina M. Sushereba, 28, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Hannibal. Ms. Sushereba was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/14/24 at 11:07 p.m., Jason R. Fellows, 44, of Volney was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle following an incident in the City of Oswego in July 2023. Mr. Fellows is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/28/24.
On 5/15/24 at 12:54 p.m., Jack A. Dickinson, 33, of Scriba was arrested for Sex Offender Failure to Register, a class E felony of the Corrections Law following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Dickinson is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/29/24.
On 5/15/24 at 4:04 p.m., Markus P. McKenna, 36, of Albion was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Albion. Mr. McKenna was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 5/16/24 at 4:48 p.m., Zachary Allen Kelley, 30, of Clay, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Central Square. Mr. Kelley is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/30/24.
At the same time, Mr. Kelley was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7thdegree and an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Mr. Kelley was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/16/24 at 5:01 p.m., Bradley J. Hillman, 30, of Hannibal was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Hillman was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/17/24 at 8:45 a.m., Bradley S. Bristol SR., 34, of Albion was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Bristol was arraigned in Family Court.
On 5/17/24 at 1:50 p.m., Thomas E. Hibbert, 63, of Oswego was arrested for Falsely Reporting an Incident, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Hibbert is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/31/24.
