On 5/7/26 at 7:00 p.m., Mary Taylor, 54, of Boylston, NY was arrested for Burglary, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Parish. Ms. Taylor was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Ms. Taylor was arrested for Burglary, 3rd degree, a class D felony; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Petit Larceny following a separate incident in the Town of Boylston. Ms. Taylor was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/8/26 at 3:12 p.m., Anthony A. Williams, 47, of Oswego was arrested based on two Oswego County Family Court Arrent Warrants. Mr. Williams was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/8/26 at 6:00 p.m., George M. Marlatt, 69, of Scriba was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Marlatt is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/22/26.
On 5/9/26 at 10:29 a.m., Michele E. Thomas, 25, of Boylston, NY, was arrested for 2 counts of Burglary, 3rd degree, a class D felony and 2 counts of Petit Larceny following two separate incidents, one in the Town of Parish and one in the Town of Boylston. Ms. Thomas was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/9/26 at 11:21 a.m., Cody Kevin Thomas, 33, of Boylston, NY, was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Thomas was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/10/26 at 8:07 p.m., Timothy J. Dullen Jr., 45, of Baldwinsville, NY was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Dullen was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/11/26 at 11:13 a.m., Kayleigh M. Crook, 34, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the City of Fulton. Ms. Crook was turned over to the City of Fulton Police Dept. for further processing.
On 5/11/26 at 3:39 p.m., Arsoun J. King, 47, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree; Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. King was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/12/26 at 2:04 a.m., Erica L. Wilbur, 40, of Mexico was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Ms. Wilbur was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/12/26 at 9:36 a.m., Kenneth W. McGuinness, 47, of Camden, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the NYSP. Mr. McGuinness was turned over to the NYSP Hastings for further processing.
On 5/12/26 at 1:11 p.m., Ava G. Torres, 19, of Fulton was arrested for Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony and 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Ms. Torres is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/26/26.
On 5/13/26 at 2:05 p.m., Rebecca L. Murray, 49, of Phoenix, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Volney. Ms. Murray is scheduled to be arraigned in Cap Court on 5/27/26.
On 5/13/26 at 3:56 p.m., Christopher T. Gunther, 35, of Albion was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Central Square. Mr. Gunther is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/27/26.
On 5/13/26 at 4:58 p.m., Dawn M. Reid-Gizowski, 57, of Palermo was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Ms. Reid-Gizowski was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/13/26 at 6:28 p.m., Orazio Dominic Crisalli Jr., 30, of Syracuse, NY was arrested for Menacing, 3rd degree; Unlawful Imprisonment, 2nd degree; Robbery, 3rd degree, a class D felony and 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Crisalli was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/14/26 at 8:24 a.m., Cheyenne A. Manford, 35, of Mexico, NY was arrested for Menacing, 3rddegree; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Richland. Ms. Manford was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/14/26 at 4:48 p.m., Luke D., Smith, 40, of Mexico, Ny was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Smith was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/14/26 at 5:14 p.m., Mackenzie A. Beckwith, 37, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Oswego. Ms. Beckwith was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/15/26 at 1:11 p.m., Lisa A. Demarco, 54, of Cleveland was arrested for Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Ms. Demarco is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/29/26.
On 5/15/26 at 5:06 p.m., Kaisean D. Mays, 34, of Scriba was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Mays was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/15/26 at 6:04 p.m., Stephen G. Vespi, 77, of Hannibal was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Vespi is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/29/26.
On 5/15/26 at 6:24 p.m., Sean Michael Peel, 32, of Scriba was arrested for Assault, 2nd degree, a class D felony; Criminal Contempt, 1st degree, a class E felony and Aggravated Criminal Contempt, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Mr. Peel was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/16/26 at 11:55 p.m., Julian William Allen, 24, of Scriba and Donovan Joseph Goss, 23, of Pulaski were arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Allen and Mr. Goss were arraigned in CAP Court.
