On 8/13/09 at 9:38 p.m., Kenneth P. Forsythe, 18, of Rathburn Road, Bldg. #508, Fulton, was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Sale of Marihuana, 5th degree and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana following an incident which reportedly occurred at the Hannibal Fireman’s Field.
Mr. Forsythe was issued appearance tickets, returnable to the Hannibal Town Court on 8/25/09.
On 8/13/09 at 11:45 p.m., Kyle J. Grover, 20, of 14359 Martville Road, Martville, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, a violation stemming from an incident of which reportedly occurred at the Hannibal Field Days where he allegedly was asked to vacate the grounds by patrol only to return again and while being escorted out a second time he was yelling obscenities in the vicinity of civilians.
Mr. Grover was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to T/O Hannibal Court on 8/25/09.
On 8/14/09 at 10:20 p.m., Sarah M. Murphy, 22, of 8255 State Route 104, Oswego, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, A violation stemming from an incident which reportedly took place during the Hannibal Field Days involving a verbal altercation with another female and as she was being escorted out of the area by patrol she continued to kick and scream.
Ms. Murphy was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Hannibal Court on 8/25/09.
On 8/14/09, Bryan M. Burridge, 21, of 3 Lake Shore, Fulton, and Cory J. Smith, 21, of 326 Idlewood Blvd., Baldwinsville, were arrested at 12:30 a.m. for Disorderly Conduct following a fight on the Hannibal Fireman’s Field in which both were allegedly involved in a fight and Mr. Smith needed to be sprayed with OC spray due to his resisting.
Both individuals were issued appearance tickets, returnable to the Hannibal Town Court on 8/25/09.
On 8/16/09 at 7:40 p.m., Robert D. Clapham, 43, of 397 Railway Ave. Apt. 209, Stratford, Ontario, was traveling north on Mexico Point Drive in the Town of Mexico while operating a 2008 Honda motorcycle, when he reportedly became distracted and ran into the rear end of a 2006 Honda motorcycle being operated by Glen P. Davis, 46, of 2545 Range Road 1, Smithville, Ontario, causing him to fall off the bike.
Mr. Clapham was transported by ambulance to Oswego Hospital.
On 8/16/09 at 10:48 a.m., Ellen M. Guay, 40, of 923 County Route 33, Palermo, was operating a 2008 Chevrolet east on SR 49 in the Town of Hastings when she reportedly swerved to avoid an animal in the roadway causing the vehicle to strike a ditch, overturn and skid along ditch on the south shoulder of SR 49.
Ms. Guay was taken by ambulance to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse.
