On 5/15/08, Tony E. Brock, 32, of 412 CR 10, Apt. B5, Pennellville, NY, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. based on a bench warrant issued by Town of Schroeppel Court. The warrant stems from the alleged violation of the terms of his Enhanced Pre-Trial Release on pending Burglary, Second Degree charges. Mr. Brock was arraigned before the Hon. David Roman, Oswego County Family Court, and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,500 bail bond. He is scheduled to appear before Town of Schroeppel Court on 5/20/08.On 5/15/08 at 9:32 p.m. Stardust K. Pittsley, 34, of 2580 CR 45, Fulton, NY, was arrested for Criminal Mischief, Third Degree, a class E felony, stemming from a domestic incident during which she was accused of using a crowbar to smash the windows and lights out of a car that was parked outside Grace O’Malley’s bar located in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Pittsley was arraigned before the Hon. Patricia Kerfien, Town of Volney Court, and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bail bond. She is scheduled to further answer the charge before the Hon. Kenneth Adkins, Town of Scriba Court on 5/22/08.
