On 6/3/08 at 8:13 a.m., Joshua A. Davies, 26, of 25 North St. Apt. # B, Mexico, NY was arrested at 8:13 a.m. in the Village of Mexico on a warrant out of the City of Oswego charging him with Petit Larceny. Mr. Davies was transported to Oswego City Police Dept. and turned over for further processing.On 6/4/08 at 9:30 a.m., Murray D. Abrams Jr., 27, of 65 Beech Rd., Altmar, NY was arrested for Failure to Register a New Address with the Sex Offender Registry, a class E felony and Sex Offender Registry Violation, 1st offense, also a class E felony, of the Corrections Law after it was reported that he had not made report of his change of address. Mr. Abrams was arraigned before City of Oswego Court Judge Metcalf and ROR’d. He is scheduled to reappear on 6/9/08.
On 6/4/08, Brandie L. Polisse, 21, of 463 ½ South First Street, Fulton, NY was arrested at 2:01 p.m. for Promoting Prison Contraband, 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor after the investigation into an incident which took place on 5/23/08 at the Oswego County Correctional Facility where she allegedly provided a balloon containing marihuana to an inmate at the OCCF during a visit with the inmate. Ms. Polisse was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to the City of Oswego Court on 6/26/08.
On 6/4/08, Eric D. Aldrich, 26, of 631 CR 54 Apt. #67, Pennellville, NY was arrested at 2:56 p.m. for Falsely Reporting an Incident, 3rd degree and False Written Statement, both class A misdemeanors after the investigation into a complaint reported by Mr. Aldrich in which he accused an individual of sexual harassment, was unfounded. Mr. Aldrich was released on appearance tickets, returnable to the Town of Schroeppel Court on 6/24/08.
On 6/4/08, Kyle C. Hilton, 21, of 93 East 5th Street, Oswego, NY was arrested at 5:14 p.m. for Assault 2nd degree, a class D felony, after he reportedly punched another inmate in the head and face several times. Mr. Hilton was arraigned before Hon. Judge Adkins of the Scriba Town Court and remanded back to the Oswego County Correctional Facility on $500.00 cash or $1000.00 bail bond. He is scheduled to appear in Oswego City Court on 6/5/08.
On 6/4/08, a 16 year old female residing in the Village of Central Square was served with a criminal summons issued by Hon. Judge Stetson out of the V/O Central Square charging her with Harassment 2nd degree, stemming from the investigation into an incident that took place on 4/23/08 in which she allegedly bit and punched two individuals after an argument got out of control. She is scheduled to appear in the V/O Central Square Court on 6/18/08.
