On 5/31/08, Mark A. Alberry, 47, of 2115 US Rt. 11, Parish, NY was arrested at 5:43 a.m. for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor after a traffic stop on US Rt. 11 in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Alberry was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Hastings Court on 6/18/08.On 6/5/08 at 2:48 a.m., Daniel J. Johnson, 18, of 5 Litwak St., Fulton, NY was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, both class A misdemeanors; Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident; Imprudent Speed and Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign after the investigation into a motor vehicle accident that occurred at the intersection of CR 57 and Caulkins Rd. in the Town of Volney which resulted in extensive damage to the railroad tracks. Mr. Johnson was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court and released on UTT’s, returnable to the T/O Volney Court on 6/16/08. Alcohol and imprudent speed seem to have been contributing factors.

On 6/5/08 at 6:00 p.m., a 15 year old male residing in the Town of Hastings was issued Family Court appearance tickets, charged with a crime, which if committed by an adult, would constitute the charges of Rape, 1st degree ( 2 counts); Criminal Sex Act ( 2 counts); Sexual Abuse ( 2 counts), all felonies and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor after the investigation into an incident in which he engaged in sexual intercourse with an individual less than 11 years of age, acts that allegedly took place in a Town of Hastings residence during the months of March and April 2008.

On 6/5/08, Craig A. Bradley, 42, of 1182 Middle Rd., Oswego, NY was arrested at 6:29 p.m. for Criminal Sex Act, 1st degree( by force); Assault, 2nd ; Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd ( previous conviction); Unlawful Imprisonment, 1st , all felonies ; Assault with Intent to Cause Physical Injury; Reckless Endangerment, 2nd ; Menacing, 2nd , all class A misdemeanors and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana following a domestic dispute in which he allegedly punched a female victim in the head more than once while riding as a passenger in a vehicle and then threatened to kill her and bury her in some weeds. Once arriving at the residence he proceeded to push her head down in the bathroom causing her to hit it on the toilet seat and urinated on her. He then continued to punch her and choke her until he retrieved some knives and a meat cleaver from the kitchen, making cuts in her ankle telling her he was going to cut her ankle so she couldn’t walk anymore and then stating he could use the meat cleaver to cut her up. Mr. Bradley was arraigned before Town of Scriba Judge Adkins and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility with no bail. He has a return date of 6/12/08 to the T/O Scriba Court.

On 6/5/08 at 11:24 p.m., Justin A. Thesier, 23, of 4033 SR 104, New Haven, NY was arrested on a bench warrant issued by the City of Fulton charging him with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree and Operator Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident. Mr. Thesier was arraigned in the City of Fulton Court and ROR’d. He was then transported to the Oswego County/Cayuga County line and turned over to the SP Wolcott.
