Sheriff’s Department 06/12/2008

On 6/7/08, Christopher D. Horrell, 27, of 65 Larnard Rd., Pennellville, NY was arrested at 11:10 p.m. for Resisting Arrest, a class A misdemeanor and Disorderly Conduct after he allegedly engaged in a physical fight at the Pennellville Field Days and when being escorted off the field he continued to engage in violent and tumultuous behavior. Mr. Horrell reportedly continued to resist arrest by attempting to pull away from Patrol and was screaming obscene statements, as he appeared to be impaired with alcohol. He was arraigned in the Town of Schroeppel Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000.00 cash or $2000.00 bond. Mr. Horrell returned to the T/O Schroeppel Court on 6/10/08.On 6/11/08 Randy A. Nichols, 27, and Samantha Nichols, 22, both of West 4th Street South Bldg #254, Fulton, NY were arrested at 11:00 a.m. for Criminal Trespass, 3rd degree and Harassment, 2nd, after the investigation into an incident in which they reportedly entered a residence in the Town of Granby without permission and engaged in a physical confrontation by punching two individuals, causing bruising/slight swelling on face, neck, back, and head to one and slight swelling to eye with scratches on bridge of nose to the other. Both were released on appearance tickets, returnable to the Town of Granby Court on 6/23/08.

On 6/11/08 at 7:28 p.m., a 17 year old male residing in the V/O Phoenix was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel Court charging him with Trespass. He was arraigned in the Town of Volney and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500.00 cash or $1000.00 bail bond, due back in the T/O Schroeppel Court on 6/24/08.

On 6/12/08 at 12:09 a.m., Michael J. Richardson, 31, of 303 Baum Road, Hastings, NY was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor and Crossing Road Hazard Markings after the investigation into a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of CR 37 and Coble Sub Rd. in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Richardson was reportedly heading north on CR 37 driving too fast and lost control on the curve and struck a utility pole. He was arraigned in the Town of West Monroe Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility on $1000.00 cash or $5000.00 bond. He scheduled to appear on the Town of Hastings Court on 6/18/08.
