Today, Assembly Minority Leader Will Barclay (R,C-Pulaski) delivered opening remarks on the first day of the 2025 Legislative Session, emphasizing the need for positive change and the urgency of addressing critical issues impacting all New Yorkers. These issues include New York’s affordability crisis, outmigration, the influx of illegal migrants, public safety and reevaluating environmental mandates.
