OSWEGO, NY – Kellie Greene, Republican candidate for the NY-23 Congressional District, will be making an appearance in Oswego on Feb. 27.
This will be the first official event in Oswego for Greene since announcing her candidacy on Feb. 1 in Watertown.
“I am really looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones in my hometown of Oswego!” Greene said. “I am excited to be running for Congress to represent district 23, which includes Oswego. I am a local woman who understands our area and the needs we have here and I look forward to hearing from the voters in Oswego on what matters most to them and discussing my ideas on how to address those issues.”
The event will be a town-hall style meeting with local residents at the Roy C. McCrobie Building, Room 24 West at 6 p.m.

Kellie Greene was born and raised in Oswego.
She holds several degrees including and A.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from Bay Path College, a B.S. in Logistics Management from Syracuse University, an MBA in International Business from Rochester Institute of Technology and is currently completing a Masters in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary.
She has studied and worked abroad in Japan and Singapore and has established herself in the areas of international trade, shipping and logistics.
She is a resident of Sackets Harbor.
