“Home tournament”
OSWEGO – Our final home tournament was held this past Saturday.
We finished first in our pool by going 5-1 in pool play and split with Solvay.
In the gold semifinals we beat Central Sqaure 2 games to 1 to advance to the championship game vs Solvay.
Solvay’s serving was too much for us and we lost to them in the Gold Championship match.
The girls played tough all day and we stayed right with Solvay in the championship match but their serving pushed us back on our heels.

Aganist Cazenovia
We fought from behind both of the first two sets and we were unable to establish a solid offensive effort as we lost a tough match with a very good defensive host in Cazenovia.
Cazenovia’s players played good base defense and we struggled to put the ball to the floor tonight.
This group has had a great season and all of these ladies have improved their game throughout these last few months.
I look forward to seeing them continue to grow as a group and as individual players.
Every game we have played this season we were right in it and we fought hard with every tournament we attended.
I am very proud of this group for the season that they have had.
We thank the parents and community for all their support as well.
