Student Charged In Credit Card Theft

OSWEGO, NY – SUNY Oswego University Police on Dec. 6 arrested and charged a student in connection with the theft and use of another student’s credit card.

Kevin B. Figaro, 21, of Onondaga Hall on campus and the Grand Concourse in the Bronx is accused of stealing a credit card from another resident of Onondaga Hall and using it to order food.

He was arraigned Saturday night in Oswego Town Court on felony charges of second-degree forgery and fourth-degree grand larceny and also petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

He was remanded to the county jail in lieu of bail in the amount of $1,000 cash or $5,000 bond.
