OSWEGO — The SUNY Oswego music department will present its annual Collage Concert at 7:30 p.m. March 8, in Tyler Hall’s Waterman Theatre.
The concert — a fundraiser for music scholarships — will feature student and community ensembles, small student groups and solos.
Todd Graber, music department chairman, said the following SUNY Oswego ensembles will perform: State Singers, Wind Ensemble, College-Community Orchestra and Oswego State Jazz Ensemble. A student combo and a barbershop quartet also will perform.
Soloists will include music faculty members Robert Auler, Trevor Jorgensen, Juan La Manna and Graber, as well as student flutist Keri Olds and student pianists Elizabeth and Evangeline Canfield.
All proceeds will go to music scholarship recipients.
General admission tickets are $15 ($7 for SUNY Oswego students, seniors age 60 and over, youths age 18 and under) and are available at all SUNY Oswego box offices, online at tickets.oswego.edu or by calling 312-2141.
Parking for this event is included in the cost of the ticket, and is available in Lot E-6 in front of Culkin Hall and Lot E-18 south of Hart and Funnelle residence halls.
