Zone Change Request Returns To Oswego Council

The request to re-zone 134 E. 13th St. (southerly portion) and 140 E. 13th St. from an R-3 Residential District to a B-1 Neighborhood Business District returned for council consideration Tuesday night. The petition was withdrawn last year due to opposition from some neighbors. The committee favors holding a public hearing to see if there is any lingering opposition to the amended petition. […]

Committees Hold Off On Shoveling Amendment, Extend Ambulance Contracts

The amendment would exempt property owners from the shoveling requirement, if they reside in rural areas of the city as determined by the US Postal Service.
