2010 Fulton Little League Registration Feb. 6

Girls and Boys ages 5 – 16 who RESIDE within the Fulton or Hannibal School District boundaries are eligible to enroll to play baseball or girls softball. Registration is required even if the child played previously.

Veteran of the Year Named For Memorial Day Salute Duties

Each Fall, the Fulton Veteran’s Council chooses a "Veteran of the Year" from among the membership of several Fulton veteran’s organizations. This year, John LaClair was named "Veteran of the Year". Mr. LaClair will be the Grand Marshall for the Memorial Day Salute Parade on May 29th. The parade is sponsored by the Fulton Lions, Kiwanis, Rotary and Sunrise Rotary service clubs, in cooperation with the Fulton Veteran’s Council.  Pictured are: Mr. LaClair (left) and Mayor Ron Woodward.

The Mayor of Fulton and the head of the Fulton Community Development Agency recently visited Oswego Industries, Inc., after the nonprofit won two military textiles contracts and hosted a successful job fair.  Pictured, from left to right, are: Bruce Phelps, past Board president; Joseph Fiumara, Director of the Fulton Community Development Agency; Ron Woodward, Mayor of the City of Fulton; and David Vickery, President of the Board of Directors, Oswego Industries, Inc.

It Was Nice While It Lasted

There used to be a yard full of snow here. All that's left is a tiny patch.Records fell across Upstate New York on Monday as an unusually late mid-winter melt came to an end.

From Binghamton to Watertown, the weather set records for temperatures in the 50s and for rainfall as high as 1.75 inches in Binghamton.
