Do This Saturday: Kick Off Hannibal’s Anniversary

The Hannibal Beautification Committee has been busy designing new  banners in celebration of the village's sesquicentennial anniversary.   The banner depicts the downtown area around 1860 when people came into  town with their horse and buggies. The 10 new banners will be hung this  weekend to help kick-off the official celebration.  Pictured from left  inside the gazebo are Rosey Emmons, Ann Mahaney, Diane Miller, and Karen  White.  In front are Virginia Wilbur, Dawn Greenleaf, and Sandy  Blanchard.
