On Feb. 5, the United Way, in partnership with the Fulton and Oswego YMCAs and Stability Fitness in Oswego, is offering community members the opportunity to be part of the 60 Minute Challenge.
Stability Fitness in Oswego hosted a “Giving Tree” this holiday season for ARC of Oswego County. Service coordinators from ARC chose several families they work with who needed assistance with Christmas gifts, and decorated a tree with tags for each family member, and a suggested gift.
The Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce joined Stability Fitness in celebrating the health club’s first year anniversary.
