Oswego Town’s request to hook its two student housing projects into the city’s Westside Waste Water Treatment Plant was tabled Monday night as councilors seek more answers to the ongoing sewage issue between the city and Town of Oswego.
The suspect allegedly struck and kicked the victim, “causing serious physical injury,” investigators said. In court today (May 14) he admitted to “recklessly” causing the death of his live-in girlfriend following an argument Nov. 17, 2007.
