WILLIAMSTOWN, NY – Inspirational gospel singer Sherry Anne will sing and share the story of her journey as a child with a bilateral hearing and speech impairment to a national recording artist with an elegant voice at West Amboy Community Church, 1267 County Route 26, in Williamstown, as part of the 9 a.m. service on October 30.
A covered dish luncheon and coffee will follow the service.
The public is welcome.
Sherry Anne sang at the National Quartet Convention and at Dollywood in late September.
She perfectly blends a passion for Southern gospel, R and B, country, and blues music with her deep faith.
She is a Singing News Fan Awards Top Ten Favorite New Artist nominee for 2016.
Sherry Anne has recorded contemporary and Southern gospel CDs, produced by Academy of Country Music Award winner Gordon Mote, Gaither Homecoming Friend Woody Wright, Southern Gospel Hall of Famer Nick Bruno, and Tony Griffith of The Griffith Family.
CDs will be available for purchase after the Sunday service at the West Amboy Community Church.
As a songwriter, Sherry Anne’s song titled I Only Know to Pray about the dangers of the internet for young people, debuted on the Nashville Country Revival television show. This spring, her radio single To Be Forgiven made the National Top 80 Southern Gospel Chart published by The Singing News.
