Cindy is the daughter of Cheryl Jodway Pritchard and Larry Pritchard, and James and Maryann Syrell, of Oswego, NY.
She is employed as District Manager at Real Deals, Inc. in Auburn.
Phil is the son of Andy and Judy Deters of Belding, MI.
He is employed with Industrial Precision Products in Oswego.
The wedding will be held at Boldt Castle on Heart Island in Alexandria Bay, NY on August 2, 2014.
The couple plans to reside in Parish, NY.
