COOKEVILE, Tenn. – Katlyn Smegelsky of Oswego, N.Y., was recently honored by Tennessee Tech University’s College of Arts and Sciences.
Smegelsky, daughter of Joe and Annette Smegelsky and wife of Andrew Sill, received the Grateful Heart Mathematics Scholarship and the Stanley Erwin M.D. Scholarship from TTU’s mathematics department. A junior math major, she is a member of the math club and is on the Dean’s List.
