Oswego Rotarian wins 2012-13 ‘Rotarian of the Year’ Award

OSWEGO, NY – Rotarian Dave Granoff was honored by the Oswego Club at its June 4 weekly meeting at The American Foundry.

David, an eight- year member of the club, is past president and current chair of the Oswego Rotary Foundation, and a member of various leadership committees at the club and District 7150 level.

He serves as webmaster for both the club’s own website and e-bulletin newsletter, The Axle, and is an IT consultant for the district as well.

Under Dave’s leadership, the Oswego Club recently received recognition by Rotary International for its 100% member contribution to the RI Foundation in 2012-13 (Every Rotarian, Every Year Designation).

Contributions are used by Rotary International and the district to support humanitarian causes including the global eradication of polio, clean water projects, scholarships and local community projects.
