Executive Director of the United Way of Oswego County, Melanie Trexler meets with Nick Canale Jr. of Canale’s Restaurant (left) and Kevin Riley of Planned Results to discuss the United Way’s Incentive Program.

Kevin Riley of Planned Results, Inc., recently presented the United Way with a donation for the agency’s Donor Incentive Program.

The program offers those who donate to the United Way’s 2009 / 2010 Annual Campaign the opportunity to win special prizes as an incentive for supporting the United Way’s campaign.

Resource Development Director for the United Way Lois Luber said, “We established our incentive campaign last year in response to a suggestion by our Campaign Cabinet, due to the feedback we received from our donors and our campaign coordinators, we have decided to once again partner with a number of area business to offer our supporters the opportunity to win some great prizes. Those pledging a minimum donation of $1 per week for one year to the United Way’s 2009 / 2010 Campaign will be automatically entered into the drawings, which will take place in February. These incentives are a nice way for us to do something for our donors and hopefully increase the number of first time pledges.”

Planned Results donated five $100 gift cards to Canale’s Restaurant in Oswego.

The gift cards will be among the following prizes that donors to the United Way’s 2009 / 2010 Annual Campaign will be eligible to win:
