Hannibal Senior Band will be presenting their fall Kick-Off Concert on Wednesday, November 4th at 7:30 in the High School Auditorium. The Jazz Band will open their program with some light numbers, demonstrating their understanding of swing style and improvisation. Featured soloists include seniors Leslie Gerbes, Bethany McMillan, William Black, Jayme Fradenburgh and Elizabeth Carvey.

The Senior Concert Band will perform classic literature by Dmitri Shostakovich and Gustav Holst, mixed with the modern sounds of Stephen Reinecke and Danny Elfman’s theatrical scores. The selections feature a variety of sonorities and tempos to capture the audience.

A Hannibal Warrior stadium blanket will be given away to a lucky winner near the conclusion of the concert. Tickets will be given to all in attendance and the winner must be present at the time of the drawing. Come enjoy an evening of terrific music and have a chance to take home this terrific prize.
