Ms. Hilton made the announcement that the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber has opened an office on South First Street, Fulton, adjacent to the Fulton Municipal Building. Beth Hilton, an Oswego native, has spent the last thirteen years in the Beaufort, South Carolina area. She worked for the Beaufort Area Chamber of Commerce for many years as the Executive Director.
