The Oswego Lacrosse Club is holding an open meeting for all stakeholders (players, parents, and coaches) at 11:45 am on Saturday, January 23, 2010. The meeting will take place in the Oswego High School cafeteria. Whether your involvement was this past year or back when the Club first took root in the 1980’s, we value your experience and opinions.
Topics that will be discussed and re-evaluated include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop a 3-5 year plan for the Oswego Lacrosse Club
Goals: Kids or adults? House or travel? Recreational or competitive?
How best to increase participation?
How to improve communication throughout the organization?
Review the structure of the OLC; board, committees, etc.

Please note that this is not intended to be a fund-raising project. What we want from you is far more valuable than money: we want your time and your ideas.
Please plan to join us on January 23 at 11:45 am in the High School cafeteria -– refreshments will be served. We hope you can join us. If you have specific interests and abilities (from the list above, or anything else), please let us know!
