Local Woman Accused of Rape

An 18-year-old Fulton woman has admitted to having sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old boy in his home last month. Now, Tabitha A. Regan of 1100 Emery St., Apt. B-4,Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â is facing charges of second-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child.

Fulton Man Used Hidden Surveillance To Record Teens Undressing

Fulton police say 40-year-old Michael Engel of Fulton installed a surveillance camera inside a bathroom exhaust vent to record several young women, primarily in their teens, in various stages of undress without their knowledge or consent. Engel has been charged with nine separate crimes, which include endangering the welfare of a child and forcible touching. Police say more charges are expected as the investigation continues with the help of the Oswego County SheriffÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢s Office and the FBI.
