In spite of dismal weather, forty runners, walkers and strollers and almost as many dogs, in every variety from massive Dogue De Bordeaux to tiny Havanese, and many “Mutts,†joined the fourth annual Strut Your Mutt 5K/1M Walk and Run on Sunday, September 28th to help raise funds for the Oswego County Humane Society.
