Catholic Charities Provides Thanksgiving Luncheon

The Oswego Chapter of Zonta International, a professional women’s organization, recently contributed $1,900 towards the purchase of furniture for the newly renovated and expanded Oswego Public Library.
The difficult economic times are a big reason why there should be more communication between the college and the city, according to Daniel Nau, the president of the college’s Student Association.
The prize raffle, as well as discounts for the first 100 tickets purchased for the event, were made possible by a donation from Guy King of Fulton.
Students in the Culinary Arts Program were given the opportunity to invite their internship mentors and OCB staff members to act as judges as they faced off in an exciting culinary competition. The Culinary Salon aims to highlight the training that students have received so far this semester in the classroom and through various internship sites in Oswego County Food Service establishments.
The concert includes Christmas selections from The Mexico Brass, Concinnity, Charrie Lehman, Beth Sheets, Jeremy Balcom, John Hartnois, The Friends of Bob Cratchitt, Cindy Josbena, Brandin Greco, Kaylee Greco, and Dale Gallonio.
