Bridges To Caring Walk Raises Funds For Local Disaster Services
On Saturday, September 27th at 8:00am in the pouring rain the American Red Cross Bridges to Caring Walk began. Even though it was raining and cold, a generous public turned out to help the Red Cross raise over $11,000 to help provide services to residents of our communities. There were employee groups from Constellation Energy, Windstream Communications, Birdseye Foods, many single walkers and family groups as well.
