Police Charge Oswego Man With Holding Teen Alcohol Party, Again

Pasiak, 19, of 21 Garden Drive, Oswego was charged with three misdemeanor counts of unlawfully dealing with a child. The Oswego County Sheriff’s Department alleges he gave alcohol to people under 21 years old at a party at his home on July 31.
