The Oswego Public Library is pleased to receive a signed copy of Read It, Don’t Eat It! written and illustrated by Ian Schoenherr. His aunt, Marian Chermack a resident of Oswego, donated the copy to the children of the Oswego Public Library.

The Oswego County Legislature’s Health and Human Services Committee recognized Roxanne Deyo for 31 years of service. Deyo will be retiring from her position as a principal social welfare examiner with the Oswego County Department of Social Services.

The Oswego County Legislature’s Health and Human Services Committee presents Kathleen Buchiere with a certificate of appreciation for her 30 years of service. Buchiere is the Director of Social Services at the Oswego County Department of Social Services.
Oswego County Legislature Chairman Barry Leemann recently presented a proclamation designating the month of October as 4-H Month in Oswego County.
These programs are responsible for operating more than 48,000 classrooms in every state and practically every county in the country.
