Zone Change Request Denied

A request by Steven Thomas for a zone change in the Second Ward failed to make it past the Common Council on Monday night. Neighbor opposition playedÃ‚Â a big part in the aldermen’s decision. The council also said it wanted more information about what the property might be used for. The zone change request was withdrawn from council consideration last year – also due to neighbor opposition.
