Att’y General: 57 Oswego County Sex Offenders Booted From Social Websites

State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo.Cuomo’s office said that 57 registered sex offenders listed as living in Oswego County have been booted off Facebook, MySpace and 13 other social networking sites because of his office’s campaign.

Bennett is the emergency services program coordinator with the Oswego County Emergency Management Office. The Oswego County Legislature’s Health and Human Services Committee recently presented Kate Caltabiano with a certificate of appreciation for 25 years of service. Caltabiano is the director of patient services for the nursing division of the Oswego County Health Department. SUNY Oswego Marks Martin Luther King Day

SUNY Oswego's recent Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration featured a proclamation by Oswego Mayor Randolph Bateman. From left are celebration co-founder Tony Henderson, who retired from the college in January; SUNY Oswego Associate Provost and Oswego Common Council member Cathy Santos; the Rev. Richard Rice of Rochester; SUNY Oswego President Deborah F. Stanley; and Mayor Bateman. Noting that Santos is the first person of color to serve on the Common Council, Bateman invited her to read the mayor's proclamation during the ceremony. The event concluded with an oratorical contest sponsored by the Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity.
