Oswego Salvation Army Dedicates New Citadel
The Oswego Salvation Army dedicated its new home on Sunday afternoon. Captain Kenneth Hayes and Major Corinne Hayes welcomed huge crowd to the newly renovated Oswego Salvation Army, 73 W. Second St. Approximately 100 people took part in the building dedication ceremony, worship service and tours of the new facility.

Aubertine: Reconstituted Farmworker Bill Skirts Process to the Detriment of Farmers, Farm Workers, Consumers
State Sen. Darrel J. Aubertine said today that with the reintroduction of the Farmworker Fair Labor Practices Act, which is identical but for cosmetic changes to the bill defeated in the Agriculture Committee last month, he will as chair of the committee fight any attempt to subvert the legislative process that the previous bill went through.

Letter: Vote To Reduce Hannibal Board of Education Members
I hope that the voters of the Hannibal school district will support this referendum. I believe that it will strengthen our district for both the student and the tax payer.
