SUNY Oswego’s Office of Business and Community Relations will hold an intermediate QuickBooks workshop on three successive Saturdays in October.

Executive career coach and best-selling author Lois Frankel will speak at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 6, at SUNY Oswego as part of the college’s Ernst & Young Lecture Series on Women and Work.

The North Mexico United Methodist Church will be hosting their annual Variety Auction on Friday, October 22nd at 6:00 PM (Showing begins at 5 PM). The auction is held to raise funds for the heating season.

On Monday September 27 Price Chopper Pharmacy will be at the Fulton Family YMCA from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. for a flu clinic. No sign ups are required. All they as is that you bring your insurance information. Shots are covered by Medicare, but are NOT covered by Medicaid. The cost for the shot is $25 and they will accept checks or cash only.

The Basement Boutique will be open on Sat., Oct.. 2 during the Bizarre Bazaar. The Boutique is a thrift shop in the basement of the First United Church of Fulton, 33 S. Third St., Fulton and is staffed by volunteers. All proceeds are used for church operations and community outreach.

SUNY Oswego RSVP staff members Ellen Wahl and Helen Milam will offer an overview of retirement options at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 6, at Pulaski Public Library.
