Smaller Do Good Swingband Now Available

Don Goodness, Leader of the Do Good Swingband has announced that a new smaller version of the popular band is now available. “People have loved the seventeen piece big band but sometimes a smaller group is needed. This new, seven piece unit fits the bill,” Goodness stated.

Gov. Vetoes War of 1812 Anniverary Commission; Event Includes Fort Ontario

There will be a 200th anniversary of the War of 1812.  There will even be events around the state to mark the anniversary.  But there won’t be a commission to pull the events together and promote tourism for those events, including events at Fort Ontario.
