David L. Shoults, 56, of Oswego died Tuesday at home.
Shirley M. Abel, 95, of Fulton died Wednesday.
Shirley M. Deban, 86, a former resident of West Utica Street, passed away Wednesday, at Seneca Hill Manor.

UPDATED: As of 4:15 p.m. Thursday, Mayor Randy Bateman had lifted the Winter Parking Advisory. If it is at all possible, Mayor Bateman is asking residents to still continue not to park on city streets. “It makes it easier for the Department of Works to clear our streets, especially the smaller ones, for emergency vehicles,” he explained.
Timothy T. Comerford, 62, a resident of 46 Twin Orchards Drive passed away on Wednesday Feb. 9, 2011, at his home surrounded by his family.
Once again, the Oswego Fire Department is asking Oswego residents, if possible, to keep their hydrants clear of snow.
