Fulton Police Investigating Deaths Of Mother, Infant

UPDATE, 3:30 P.M.:  Fulton Police say that an autopsy by the Onondaga County Medical Examiner’s office shows that Jalit Richardson died of natural causes.  She had a pre-existing health problem.

Fulton School Budget Passes; Board Seat Vote to be Recounted

Fulton voters approved a new school district budget, but the vote for a seat on the Board of Education is close enough that the district will undertake a recount Wednesday morning.

The budget was approved 623 – 573, a margin of about 52.1% to 47.9%.

Trinity Catholic School Sponsors Interactive Dinner Theater

Trinity Catholic School will be hosting Death in the Ivy Halls, an interactive murder mystery musical comedy dinner theater, on Friday, May 20, at the Oswego Elks Club. The fun begins with a cocktail hour at 6 p.m. followed by dinner and the show starting at 7 p.m.

Hannibal’s School Budget Passes, but Barely

Hannibal’s school budget passed Tuesday by about as narrow a margin as you will see.

The budget was approved, 330-321, or 50.7% yes to 49.3% no.

“I really did not expect it to be so close.  That was a big surprise,” said Superintendent Mike DiFabio.
