Oswego Opera Theater Golf Event Scheduled
The Oswego Opera Theater will sponsor its first golf tournament on Aug. 19 at the Tamarack Golf Club, County Route 1, North Road, Scriba. The format is “Captain & Crew” with teams of four persons and a “shotgun” start at 9 a.m.
Carol Fisher To Perform At St. Mary’s Bazaar
Fisher, who also hosts a daily talk show on a Christian radio station that is heard throughout Central New York as well as the internet, will be performing a variety of songs from her eight albums, including the title song from her latest album, Anchor & Wings.
Fresh Food Distribution Announced
On July 13 the Emergency Services Program of Catholic Charities of Oswego County, in cooperation with the Food Bank of Central New York, will sponsor a fresh food distribution. Fresh foods and produce will be available, free of charge to those in need, from 4 until 6 p.m. or until food is gone.
Kindergarten To College Immunization Clinic Offered At Oswego County Health Department
Although the school year just ended, it’s time to make sure your child has the right immunizations for the next school year. New York State requires people to receive certain vaccinations to be eligible for entrance to school. These requirements range from children entering kindergarten to students going to college.
