On July 13 the Emergency Services Program of Catholic Charities of Oswego County, in cooperation with the Food Bank of Central New York, will sponsor a fresh food distribution. Fresh foods and produce will be available, free of charge to those in need, from 4 until 6 p.m. or until food is gone.
Although the school year just ended, it’s time to make sure your child has the right immunizations for the next school year. New York State requires people to receive certain vaccinations to be eligible for entrance to school. These requirements range from children entering kindergarten to students going to college.
The Oswego County Fair Housing Council recently announced the winners of its 2011 coloring contest. Community Bank, Fulton Savings Bank and Pathfinder Bank each donated savings bonds as prizes.
