Christine Stanford, 64, of Oswego, died Tuesday at Oswego Hospital.
Harry Harrison Thrall Jr., 87, a resident of East Sixth St. Oswego, passed away August 23, 2011 at Pontiac Care and Rehab.
Donald Charles Eaton, 83, of Stevenage Dr., Baldwinsville, died on Thursday.
The Oswego County Health Department postponed its plans to spray an area of central Oswego County tonight due to the high winds. Wind speed is one of the many parameters used to make the determination to proceed with aerial spraying. Weather permitting, the department will resume aerial spraying Friday evening, Aug. 26.
Oswego County’s emergency managers are keeping an eye on Hurricane Irene’s path, but so far, see no reason to join the state in its round-the-clock emergency response to the cyclone.
“We’re monitoring the events,” said Terry Bennett, emergency services program coordinator for the county.

A team of fishermen led by Fulton’s Ken Bracy took second place honors this past weekend in Catskill, NY at the New York BASS Chapter Federation’s team tournament on the Hudson River.
