Fatal Accident in Scriba Closes Rt. 104 – 2 Victims Identified
UPDATE: Authorities reported Monday that an elderly couple from Watertown were killed in the crash.
State Route 104 was closed between county routes 29 and 51 in Scriba as of 11:30 a.m. on Friday. It was closed for several hours. Officials say an accident involving a car and tractor-trailer has killed two people.

Accused Rapist Accused of Raping Underaged Girl
An Oswego man who is already facing charges of raping an adult woman is now accused of having sex with a teenaged girl.
Kevin J. Larrabee, 28, of 42 W. Ninth St., Apt. 3, Oswego, was charged Thursday with a felony count of rape and a misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of a child.
