As a staff member at Oswego County Opportunities’ Horizon House, a foster care group home for youth ages 13-17, she has worked with youth to teach them the skills they will need to live on their own, graduate from high school, and successfully transition into adulthood.
The second annual Oswego County War of 1812 Symposium takes place at the American Foundry, 246 W. Seneca St., Oswego on Saturday, March 31. From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., a panel of esteemed speakers will present fresh topics about the War of 1812 on the New York-Canadian border.

Students and their parents are invited to attend the informational evening to gather details about the New Vision classes offered through OCB.
