Jessica Elmer has been located, according to the Oswego Police Department. The Oswego City Police Department was notified on Sunday around 11:15 p.m. that she had been found by the Rochester Police Department.

Where do I begin? When asked if I could cover Harborfest for this fine, online, publication, I jumped at the opportunity. I slipped on my flip-flops and headed out the door. I learned two things within 20 minutes of my arrival: 1 – Don’t wear flip-flops to Harborfest.
2 – Go to the bathroom as many times as possible before you leave the house.
