The Oswego State softball team kept pace in the league standings with a pair of wins over Potsdam on a cold Sunday afternoon at Laker Softball Field. The Lakers posted a 9-6 come-from-behind win in the first game and carried the momentum into the nightcap en route to an 8-0 win in six innings on Senior Day.

OHS Teacher Suspended
An Oswego High School teacher has been suspended, pending the results of an internal investigation. No details as to why the teacher was suspended are available.
Plattsburgh Outslugs Oswego State
Plattsburgh scored five runs in the top of the eighth inning for a 13-10 come-from-behind win over Oswego State on Sunday. The win clinched a spot in the SUNYAC playoffs for the Cardinals, but still gives the Lakers a chance for a playoff spot as well.
