Oswego County Opportunities’ Literacy Volunteers program is offering a tutor orientation for its 2013 spring session on April 15 from 5 to 8 p.m. The tutor orientation will be held at OCO’s Midtown Plaza Offices, 75 E. First St.

Bobby Fontana is readying for auditions for the second selection of the 75th season. He has chosen Gore Vidal’s political composition, “The Best Man.”

Constellation Helps Power OHS Electric Vehicle
Sue Bertsch, a Constellation Community Council member, presented $2,000 to Oswego High School technology teacher Matthew Bock. The money will be used to purchase parts and tools for the completion of an all-electric vehicle that the students hope to be able to enter in competition.

Family Education Program to host Family Bowling Day
The Family Education and Partnership program invites families who have a child with a mental health diagnosis to enjoy an afternoon of free bowling on February 20 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Lakeview Lanes, Route 3 in Fulton.
