Steven Sears, 40, of Phoenix, was pronounced dead at the scene, deputies said. The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating the driver of the vehicle. According to witnesses, the driver fled because he was drunk and could not have another DWI.
