Dorothea Donahue, 77, a resident of Henderson Harbor, passed away Friday August 2, 2013, unexpectedly at Upstate Hospital in Syracuse.
Dozens of friends and family turn out to honor the Oswego Speedway legend. Two brand new signs, each with two different pictures of Jim Shampine’s famous race car, were unveiled at both ends of the road named in his honor.
