CNY Arts Center’s third annual Arts Fest is looking for local talent to compete for prizes June 8 at Fulton’s War Memorial Community Center. Prizes will be awarded in four categories according to age, under 12, 12-20 and 20 and older and a new separate category for bands.

William Howley, 51, of Central Square was arrested at 10:14 by Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division Abuse Persons Unit Detectives. He is accused of having sexual contact with three children under the age of 11 in the Town of Onondaga in 2006.
